This policy explains what Sightline processes when you browse public crisis information or use authenticated product features.

Information you provide

When you sign in, Firebase Authentication processes your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image. Sightline stores the account identifier, role and service activity needed to provide chats, reports, proposals and rate limits.

Service and security data

The service may process request timestamps, IP-based rate-limit counters, authentication events and technical logs to operate the platform, prevent abuse and investigate failures.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is available on this site, but its tag is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, Google may process page paths, interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from network information. Sightline disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals in its Analytics configuration.

Advertising

Advertising is currently disabled. If it is enabled later, this policy and the site’s consent controls will identify the advertising provider and applicable choices before advertising is loaded where required.

Humanitarian source data

Public crisis information is derived from external humanitarian sources such as ReliefWeb, HDX, GDACS and the World Bank. Source publishers retain responsibility for their original material.

Your choices and requests

You can decline optional Analytics, reopen your privacy choices below, and request access or deletion by contacting support@sightline.ai. Some security and account records may be retained when necessary to protect the service or meet applicable obligations.
